His many years at the San Siro saw him play in successful Rossoneri [Milan's Italian nickname] sides featuring greats like Gullit , Van-Basten and Kaka . He is seen as Mr AC Milan due to his success on the pitch, his father playing for them, and because of his role as the club's sporting director.
